We sell both pillow covers and the inner pillows separately. They are designed to fit our pillow covers.
Free shipping to worldwide. We will process and ship out your order 2 to 5 working days after receiving your payment. A shipping notice email will also been sent to you once the order shipped out along with a Tracking Code so you can check the status of the order. USA,France,Canada,Russia,UK,Australia: ship by EMS,usually 7 - 14 Working days. The others: ship by registered mail ,usually needs about 10 - 20 working days.Some countries like Brazil maybe longer.Please wait patiently. Please note that delays caused by carriers we cannot be held responsible for. Shipping time is only estimated and not guaranteed. If you need faster shipment , we also could ship it via UPS / DHL , please contact us for details.
Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly: For returns, please send us an email at email@example.com by specifying your name and order number in the first instance The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (i.e. mistake on the requested model) will provide 100% full refund. All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification. Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered. No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.
